Salmon filleting machine

In very good condition carnitech 2630 salmon filleting machine.
This machine is capable of processing up to 20 salmons per minute ranging from approx. 1 to 7 kg.

The 2630 works with 2 circular knives and 2 round blades for an optimal yield.
A deheaded salmon is placed with belly-up into the infeed belts of the machine.
The infeed transport belts move the salmon to the cutting part, where the band knives automatically adjust to the size and shape of the fish. The circular knives cut as close to the backbone of the fish as possible to achieve a clean cut with maximum yield.
The Carnitech 2630 is very flexible to set-up and can process salmon and trout.

Once the machine has been set-up it is very easy to use and maintain.
With only adjusting the valve air pressure the 2630 automatically cuts your required result.
The carnitech 2630 can be very easy hosed down with water while the machine is of course completely constructed out of stainless steel. Both sides of the machine can open up entirely to clean the vital parts of the machine after production.

Because of the very compact size it has a small footprint and can be used in the tiniest production facilities.
