C-2011 Filleting machine is suitable for filleting all corporal fish. At Curio, we send out a new filleting machine every third week, and all of them have a unique female name from Norse mythology or the Icelandic tales. Most of the time, the names are predetermined in-house, but customers can also request to choose names for their own machines.

The machine is extremely complex in its assembly and consists of almost 1000 machine parts, most of which are made of stainless steel, while other parts are made of corrosion-resistant plastic.

The filleting machine is available in three sizes, Xsmall, Small / Medium / Large and Xlarge / XXlarge. 

When designing the filleting machine, the guiding principle was to ensure excellent utilization while at the same time handling the raw material with gentle hands. This becomes more and more urgent in modern fish processing, where conscious consumers choose fresh products based on their appearance.
